The Finer Details
Booking Your Wedding Date
To hold your date, we require a deposit to reserve and book your date. The deposit is non refundable but can be transferred to another available date if needed as long as it is done at least 60 days prior to your original wedding date.
The remainder of the balance is due in full no later than 60 days before your wedding day.
The wedding director will put your wedding date on the calendar once a deposit has been paid and a contract has been signed.
Basic decorating of the venue is included in your rental cost with our all-inclusive packages. However, you are more than welcome to bring decorations and decorate yourself or have a florist/rental company decorate for you.
We have a list of wonderful and trusted vendors that we provide. We are open to other caterers provided they are licensed and certified.
*Servers can be provided at an additional cost if no servers are provided by the caterer.
*We reserve the right to deny a vendor if we have found them to be unreliable or untrustworthy in the past.
Our outdoor wooden arbor ceremony area and our courtyard ceremony areas can both seat 200 guests. Our ballroom can hold 200 guests seated for a reception. In the case of rain for a wedding with more than 160 guests, a tent will be set up in the courtyard to provide a place for either the ceremony or reception to take place covered from the rain. In the case of rain for a wedding with less than 160 guests, your ceremony can take place in the ballroom in front of the mantle. We will provide a tent in the courtyard and guests will be asked to step outside under the tent for a short cocktail hour while we quickly flip the room for the reception.
